Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates which may vary and are not guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we anticipate a longer lead-time, it will be noted in the item description.

During sales or holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. 

For Mystery Bundles, please allow 7-14 business days for order fulfillment and shipping to start. Our Mystery Bundles are made to order and ship in waves.

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer support team at support@shopryanhall.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. However, please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed, it will be shipped to the address that was provided during checkout.

Please note that Shop Ryan Hall is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address inputted during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately, we're not able to make any changes to international orders, as they are considered final. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Why is my order being delayed?

This could be due to several reasons:

  • The carrier could be experiencing issues or delays on their end. We unfortunately have no control over this but the carrier typically will provide information via tracking status.
  • Wrong or invalid shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification.

My order is being returned to the sender. What happens now?

Orders can sometimes be RTS (return to sender) due to insufficient address or other issues with the carrier. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to you for an updated address for reshipment.

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Here are a few suggestions if you have not received your package with a tracking status which shows “delivered":

  •  Allow a few extra days as packages can sometimes be scanned in as "delivered" ahead of time by mistake
  • Check to see if perhaps it was placed elsewhere on your property (porch, another entrance, etc.)
  • Check in with neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake

Shop Ryan Hall is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided at the time the order was submitted.

Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost/stolen mail.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer support team only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally? How long do deliveries take?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, please check the item description before placing your order as some items are unable to be shipped outside of the US.

All international shipments can require anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks for delivery after the 3-7 business day time needed for processing.

Once an order is shipped, you will be notified via email and provided tracking information. 

Please note that Shop Ryan Hall does not have contact with international carriers. You would need to contact your local postal office for further information regarding delayed shipments or pickups.

How much does international shipping cost? Do I have to pay customs fees?

International shipping costs vary worldwide. You will be able to see these costs during the checkout process, before an order is submitted.

Please be aware that you as the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We do not collect any of these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as it varies widely around the world. 

Please research any potential fees so you are ready to receive your package from customs (if required) and have an idea of what any additional costs may be.

Why is my international package being returned?

International orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. 

If a package is returned or rejected, you will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment postage (USD).

I received the wrong item or defective/damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact customer support at support@shopryanhall.com within a weeks time of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Pictures/video of the problem
  • Clear photo of tag and another of the design (if applicable)

Once we have this and have verified the problem, we will give you instructions on how to return, replace, or get reimbursed for your order. 

If the item is being returned, Shop Ryan Hall will email you a return shipping label. Please include your original packing slip when sending the item back.

The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund or replacement can be provided.
