Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier once your order has left our fulfillment facility. Please note your delivery date can vary and is not guaranteed.

Orders may take longer to fulfill and ship during the holiday season or new launch periods.

 

I put the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

 

Please contact customer support via email as soon as you notice you entered the wrong address and we will try our best to update it. If your order has been processed it will ship to the address provided when the order was submitted.

If we were unable to make the change to your shipping address and the address is invalid, it will most likely be returned to us. Once it arrives, we will reach out via email regarding reshipment.

Shop Ryan Hall is not responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost packages that are marked as delivered to the address used during checkout.

Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.

 

When will my order arrive?

 

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates which may vary and are not guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email.

For Mystery Bundles, please allow 7-14 business days for order fulfillment and shipping to start. Our Mystery Bundles are made to order and ship in waves.

International orders, please allow up to 2-8 weeks for delivery after your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer support team only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

 

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

 

If you have not received your order and the tracking information shows “delivered”  please:

  •  Allow a few extra days as packages can sometimes be scanned in as "delivered" ahead of time by mistake
  • Check to see if perhaps it was placed elsewhere on your property (porch, another entrance, etc.)
  • Check in with neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake

Shop Ryan Hall is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided at the time the order was submitted.

Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost/stolen mail.

 

I received the wrong item or defective/damaged item. What should I do?

 

Please contact customer support via email within a weeks time of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Pictures/video of the problem
  • Clear photo of tag and another of the design (if applicable)

 

Once we have this and have verified the problem, we will give you instructions on how to return, replace, or get reimbursed for your order. 

If the item is being returned, Shop Ryan Hall will email you a return shipping label. Please include your original packing slip when sending the item back.

The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund or replacement can be provided.

My tracking information shows that my order is being returned to the sender. Why?

 

Orders can sometimes be returned due to insufficient address or other issues with the carrier. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to you via email to update your shipping address so we can issue reshipment.

Why is my order delayed/arriving later than expected?

Sometimes, things happen in shipping that are out of our control. Possible reasons for your order being delayed by the carrier are:

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond their control.
  • The carrier may be experiencing issues or delays on their end. The carrier will typically provide information via tracking status.

 

Orders may be delayed if the shipping address is invalid. Please check and respond to any emails from us asking to verify your shipping address.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we offer shipping to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Please check the description of the item(s) before placing your order as some are unable to be shipped outside of the US.

 

How much does international shipping cost?

 

International shipping costs vary worldwide. You will be able to see the cost in checkout before you submit your order.

 

Will I be charged any customs fees?

 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. Please be aware that you as the buyer are responsible for any duty, taxes, customs fee, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect any of these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases so you are ready to receive your package and have an idea of what any additional costs may be.
